(A) Delivery Areas:
We currently deliver to locations within the United Arab Emirates and Gulf Cooperation Council countries. For delivery to other regions, please contact our customer service.

(B) Delivery Time:
We strive to process and dispatch orders within 3 business days for orders within the UAE and within 7 business days for other Gulf Cooperation Council countries. Delivery times may vary based on location and unexpected circumstances.

(C) Shipping Fees:
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and product weights. Any applicable customs or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

(D) Delivery Partners:
We work with reputable delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

(E) Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

(A) Eligibility for Return

For Gold, Silver, and Diamonds:
We accept returns within 4 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for return:

Items must be unused and in the same condition as received, in the original packaging.
Returns must be due to an error on our part, such as incorrect size, color, or manufacturing defects.


(B) Return Process:

(C) Refund Process:
Upon receiving the returned product and inspecting its condition, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

(D) Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

(E) Exchanges:
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return, and follow the same terms as the return and refund policy.
