Returns Policy

We do not accept any returns unless the item has been grossly misrepresented. If this occurs, you must contact us via Gmail or WhatsApp within 3 days of receiving your item. Please contact us before leaving feedback if there is an issue with your item.

We only accept cancellation requests if there is an error in the listing.

• Due to the nature and value of our products, all sales of jewelry and diamonds are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a purchase is completed.

• Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We will assess the issue and provide a repair or replacement if necessary.

4. Authenticity and Quality Assurance

• All of our products are examined and certified by GIA, IGI, IGL. We guarantee the authenticity and quality of our products. Each piece undergoes a thorough quality inspection before shipment. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• All gift cards, special order items, and sale or clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

1. Shipping Policy

All shipping within the UAE is free of charge and is expected to be delivered within 3 working days.

For International Shipping, costs are determined according to your location. International shipments can take 6-25 days depending on customs processing in your country. We recommend express shipping ($97) to avoid such delays.

Items will ship within 2-3 business days after payment has been received for local orders. We do not ship items over the weekend.
