(A) Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to locations within the United Arab Emirates and Gulf Cooperation Council countries. For delivery to other regions, please contact our customer service.

(B) Delivery Time: We strive to process and dispatch orders within 3 business days for orders within the UAE and within 7 business days for other Gulf Cooperation Council countries. Delivery times may vary based on location and unexpected circumstances.

(C) Shipping Fees: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and product weights. Any applicable customs or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

(D) Delivery Partners: We work with reputable delivery partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

2. Return and Refund Policy

(A) Eligibility for Return

For Gold, Silver, and Diamonds: We accept returns within 4 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for return: - Items must be unused and in the same condition as received, in the original packaging. - Returns must be due to an error on our part, such as incorrect size, color, or manufacturing defects.

For Coffee and Honey products: These products are not eligible for returns.

(C) Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned product and inspecting its condition, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
